The company provides environmental services regarding the licensing of various projects of every category. GEPEM has undertaken Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for road works, small industrial plants, real estate properties, ski resorts, hotels, ports, renewable energy projects.

Also, we deliver Environmental Reports for the definition of Standard Environmental Commitments, Specific Ecological Assessments which examine the impact of a project in an area of the Natura 2000 network, Species and Habitat Assessments and Environmental Management and Development Plans.

Finally, one of our main services is the support for the environmental licensing process throughout the preparation and construction of the project.
